Terms of Services

 

By booking a service with The Nomadic Artistic Mystic (Tara DiPetrillo) you are agreeing to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of use. Please read these terms carefully. You further certify that you are at least 18 years of age or have the permission of your parent(s) or guardian to receive/purchase a reading. 

 

 

Payment Methods

 

For online readings, The Nomadic Artistic Mystic (Tara DiPetrillo) accepts Credit Card, Debit Card or PayPal payments. Most payments are done through a third-party platform - PayPal, so please familiarize yourself with the privacy policy and terms of use for these third-party platforms. The Nomadic Artistic Mystic (Tara DiPetrillo) is not liable for any mishandling by these third-party platforms.

 

In the event your credit card is declined or your payment is not properly transferred due to deficiencies on your end, then The Nomadic Artistic Mystic (Tara DiPetrillo) will be entitled to the balance owed plus a 25% interest as an additional charge for the deficiency.

 

 

For in-person readings, The Nomadic Artistic Mystic (Tara DiPetrillo) accepts Venmo, CashApp, PayPal and cash. 

 

The Nomadic Artistic Mystic (Tara DiPetrillo) does not accept checks, money orders, crypto currency or foreign money.

Prices and Fees

 

The Nomadic Artistic Mystic (Tara DiPetrillo) may, at any time, modify or amend her fees and fee-billing methods, and such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting in these Terms or elsewhere on this websites. If this happens and you have already booked and paid for a reading before a price change (increase/decrease), you will be pay for the the original price offered. In the event the client needs to reschedule, you will be charged the updated price.

 

Terms of Payment

 

For all readings, the full amount/fee is due at the time the client books the reading. The client's payment must be received by The Nomadic Artistic Mystic (Tara DiPetrillo) before the scheduled reading begins. If the payment is not received when the client books a reading, the reading will be cancelled and takes off the schedule.

Cancellation Policy

 

Client agrees to notify Tara DiPetrillo (The Nomadic Artistic Mystic) 24 hours in advance, of any scheduled reading, that they (the client) needs to cancel or reschedule. Readings rescheduled with more than 24 hours notice can be rescheduled online. Readings canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full amount of the reading. If the client wishes to reschedule, The Nomadic Artistic Mystic (Tara DiPetrillo), will determine if the reading can be rescheduled. 

 

It is understood that things happen that are out of our control like - severe illness, family emergencies, etc. If you encounter a last-minute emergency, we would make arrangements on a “case by case” basis.

 

Late Policy

 

If the client is 10mins late, the service booked will be considered “missed” and the client will be locked out of the Zoom meeting. If the client is under 10mins late, the reading will commence and end at the original end time. No extra time will be added to the reading for being late. If the client is late, she/they/he is responsible to pay the set/original price for their reading. No adjustments or pro-rates will be made. 

 

It is highly recommended to log into your zoom account 10-15 minutes before the start time of the reading to be sure your connection is functioning properly, your audio and video are all set up and turned on and you are on time.

Refund Policy

 

Refunds will be granted to the client, when the client cancels 24 hours or more before the scheduled reading. Refunds will not be granted to the client, when the client cancels less than 24 hours before the scheduled reading. Please refer to the Cancellation Policy and Late Policy.

Discounted Offers

​

Discounted rates online do not apply to “in person” readings at events and pop-ups.

Privacy Policy

 

The Nomadic Artistic Mystic (Tara DiPetrillo) will not share your information nor add you to a mailing list unless you willingly do so yourself. The client understands that in using the platform to send messages, book a reading and make a payment your information will be shared to do so. When booking a reading the client understand that their information will be shared to receive things like, text message reminders and email reminders where their (the clients) telephone number, email and name will be shared with the third-party conducting that transaction. 

 

The Nomadic Artistic Mystic (Tara DiPetrillo) will not be held liable for what happens to any information shared on third-party platforms. Please check the Privacy Policy of any third-party company it is linked to.

 

This website is run on the Wix platform. Scheduling is performed through a Calendly app. And payments are made through PayPal. Please review their Terms of Service and Privacy Policies as well as any other linked apps.

 

Confidentiality 

 

The Nomadic Artistic Mystic (Tara DiPetrillo) will not share your personal information discussed during a reading. References may be made to readings as an example, however personal details to point that to the client will be omitted as to not link it back to the client. You are always welcome to ask about this and make a request.
